Ellery had out-patient surgery. As soon
as it is okay, Ellery will go to the Out-Patient Recovery
Room to see her mom and have a popsicle. Do you remember what
out-patient surgery is? That’s right, Ellery will not
spend the night in the hospital. She will go home soon.
If
you are having in-patient surgery you will see your family
in your room on Pediatrics. Pediatrics is the special place
in the hospital where we take care of kids who need to
spend the night. Pediatrics has lots of fun things for kids
to do!
