Healthy Behavior for Bariatric Patients is a combination educational and support sessions for bariatric patients as they experience their weight loss journey.

Topics include:

  • The change process and commitment
  • Behavior modification and dealing with “head” hunger
  • Relationships
  • Stress management

The sessions are led by Dr. Michael Dennis, bariatric psychologist, and are open to pre- and post-operative patients in the St. Luke’s Bariatric program. A maximum of 20 patients attend each four-class session.

St. Luke’s Boise Anderson Center
5th Floor, South Tower
100 E. Idaho Street
