Your honored physician will receive your written expression of gratitude and / or notice of your financial support. The amount of your gift will not be mentioned, and is tax deductible in keeping with IRS regulations.

All gifts will support St. Luke's Patient Assistance Fund unless the donor specifies otherwise.
