Qigong

Description:
During this six-week class, you will be introduced to Qigong-based relaxation techniques. Qigong, or the exercise to cultivate your own energy, promotes health maintenance and resilience in times of fatigue, stress, low energy, and recovery. Practice and theory include awareness, breathing, gentle movements, meditation, and stillness. Some ancient Chinese philosophy related to health will also be presented.

Classes are for patients and caregivers.

Cost:
Free for St. Luke's MSTI patients and caregivers. Registration is required.
