St. Luke’s ♦ Idaho Elks Rehabilitation Services (SLIERS) provides high quality, research based outpatient therapy services, including orthopedic rehabilitation, spine care, pre/post operative therapy, and Return to Sports therapy.

Open 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
