From the College of Southern Idaho
Regular exercise is a vital part of healthy aging. This award-winning program emphasizes walking as low-impact cardiovascular movement, along with stretching and resistance training. The program is geared toward older adults with varying levels of functioning abilities, and is offered at several locations throughout the Magic Valley.
This free college-accredited program is sponsored by the College of Southern Idaho in partnership with the Office on Aging, Filer, Buhl, Shoshone, and ISDB school districts, and the Jerome, Rupert and Hailey Recreation Departments.
