Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid / CPR and AED Classes
Designed for childcare providers, youth leaders, teachers, and coaches, this class provides information on how to manage illness and injuries in a child during the first few minutes of an emergency until professional help arrives. Topics include airway management, CPR, choking, barrier device, and using an AED in children ages infant through 18 years. Participants are expected to pass a performance evaluation. American Heart Association card is provided upon successful completion. For more information, call 814-0403.
