The Epicurean Evening: Idaho is a strolling supper with a 20 year history of introducing new tastes to the Magic Valley. Chefs from all over Idaho and Nevada donate their time, their talents and a tasting menu to this fundraising event. Chefs are required to showcase Idaho-grown ingredients in all of their dishes. While the usual Idaho products are recommended (like beef, trout, sugar beet sugar and potatoes), chefs are encouraged to incorporate any locally-grown products, including goat, rabbit, lavender and lamb into their tasting menus. Hayden Beverage will pour an assortment of wines to complement each dish.

Guests will vote throughout the evening on a People's Choice Award. A separate panel of Food Judges will grant a Judges' Choice Award at the evening's end.

Net proceeds from the evening benefit St. Luke's Magic Valley Health Foundation programs, including cardiac care, cancer programs, and women's and children's health care. For nearly 30 years, the Foundation has provided a safety net for Twin Falls and our surrounding communities, providing mammograms for uninsured women, grants for children with special needs and diabetic medication for low-income patients, and places to stay for families of out-of-town patients.

We invite you to join us for Epicurean Evening: Idaho to enjoy Idaho's harvest and to support St. Luke's Magic Valley Health Foundation programs.
