Nutrition for Cancer Survivors: Start Your New Year off Right!
Explore "how to dump the diet!" Why keep doing what hasn’t worked before? This class will be a fun review for cancer survivors who are watching their weight. Learn new research and discoveries about why we eat too much and simple "mindless" strategies that can help us lose weight.

Healing Touch for Self-care
Participants will learn and experience the basic principles of giving and receiving Healing Touch, an integrative energy therapy. The session will include basic knowledge of the human energy system and principles of centering and grounding, as a pre-requisite to feeling or sensing the energy field. Participants will learn to assess and apply a technique.

Relaxation for Better Health
It’s easier than you think to learn to relax! Research shows that eliciting the "relaxation response" is good for your body and mind. It lowers blood pressure, eases pain, reduces anxiety, and may even boost your immune system. This free class is offered monthly at each site.
